The Nathan Project provides dental care for those children with “special needs” that require general anesthesia.  Expansion of this project has included the following: 1. A partnership with Hospital Metropolitano to provide care for children with severe burn injuries. 2. The training of personnel in country to provide this type of care in the future. 3. Provision for cleft palate surgery first by our team, with training of an in country team to do the same.
